Embark on a pasta adventure beneath our ancient beams, where each month promises a new exploration in pasta craftsmanship. Chef Carl will be your guide, unveiling the secrets of creating pasta from scratch. This month, we'll be delving into the art of Tortelloni. This immersive experience covers everything from creating the perfect egg pasta dough to mastering the pasta machine or rolling pin for flawless rolls, creating delicious fillings, and concocting straightforward yet exquisite sauces. Whether you're a novice or looking to refine your skills, our courses cater to all levels. Join us and enhance your pasta-making prowess, ensuring you'll never perceive store-bought pasta the same way again !

 What's on the menu:

  • A welcome drink

  • Unveiling the secrets to achieving flawless pasta dough with the kneading and resting technique.

  • Getting hands-on  — rolling, filling, shaping, and even drying your pasta

  • Craft your own culinary masterpiece: two portions of Handmade Chicken & nduja Tortelloni.

  • Learn how to make crispy pancetta & wild mushroom sauce

  • Cap off your pasta-making adventure with the perfect pasta supper shared among fellow pasta enthusiasts, expertly prepared by our chefs. Indulge in a delightful meal accompanied by a glass of wine, followed by a La de da Coffee.

Additional details:

    • Arrival at 4.45pm to start at 5pm on Wednesday 20th March  
    • Classes require online purchase and advance payment.
    • Holders of our pasta class gift card can book via email at management@devour.co.uk.
    • Suitable for all skill levels, with a maximum of 8 Devourees per session.
    • Take home everything you create to savour with loved ones or indulge solo.
    • Remember, a DEVOUREE never leaves a plate unemptied!

Cancellation and Transfer Policy:

While our classes are non-refundable, you can opt to transfer to another class if you make the request at least 7 days before the course starts. The transfer will be valid for one month.

To ensure an enriching experience, we require a minimum of 4 participants per class. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrolment or if the chef needs to postpone unexpectedly. Should this occur, we provide the flexibility to transfer to another course at your convenience. If this option is not suitable, a full refund will be issued, and you will receive notification 24 hours before the scheduled class.
