before it reaches the plate”

At Devour, we work with passionate, independent producers who share our commitment to quality, provenance, and sustainability.

Sykes House Farm – Butchers with a history, quality you can taste.

Holme Valley Honey – Made just near our wildflowers on-site, this small-batch honey is a true taste of our landscape—raw, golden, and packed with natural goodness.

Sailbrand – Sourcing the freshest fish and seafood since 1980, delivering quality straight from the coast to our kitchen.

Darkwoods Coffee – Roasted in the Yorkshire hills, ethically sourced, and blended with craft and care.

Wolfe Bros Gin – Handcrafted in Leeds, bold, botanical, and beautifully balanced.

Three Fiends Brewery – Beer that tells a story.

Sailbrand – The Freshest Catch

Sailbrand has been sourcing and delivering fresh fish from the East Coast of the UK since 1980. What started as a local seafood supplier has grown into a trusted name, supplying top restaurants across the North of England. Fresh, sustainable, and full of flavour—that’s what makes the difference.

Sykes House Farm – Butchery with Heritage

A family-run business since the 1960s, Sykes House Farm began as a livestock farm and has since grown into a leading butcher, still run by the same family generations later. Proudly Red Tractor approved, they ensure every cut is traceable, responsibly produced, and of the highest quality.

Holme Valley Honey collaboration

Made just a stone’s throw from our wildflower beds, Holme Valley Honey is as local as it gets. Our bees forage along the riverbank and surrounding meadows, collecting nectar from the same wildflowers
that inspire our menus and bring colour to our riverside. The result?
A small-batch honey that’s raw, unfiltered, and golden—capturing
the flavours of our landscape in each spoonful.

Seasonal, ever-changing, and never mass-produced, it’s honey with heart. You’ll find it in some of our desserts, cocktails, and even paired simply with cheese—because when ingredients taste this good, they deserve the spotlight.

Dark woodS coffee

Our house blend, La De Da, isn’t just a coffee—it’s a collaboration brewed with heart.

Created in partnership with the award-winning Yorkshire roasters Dark Woods Coffee

Dark Woods aren’t just our neighbours—they’re one of the UK’s most respected roasteries, having picked up multiple Great Taste Awards and a Queen’s Award for Enterprise. Their approach is thoughtful, considered, and rooted in flavour, ethics, and craftsmanship—which made them the perfect partners for our first house blend.

This signature blend was crafted to reflect the essence of Devour: rich, layered, and just a little bit playful. Paul resident coffee obsessive worked closely with the Darkwoods team to get the balance just right—full-bodied, smooth, and full of character, with beans sourced ethically and roasted with intention.

The name La De Da was inspired by the film Annie Hall—specifically Diane Keaton’s whimsical, carefree refrain. It captured the
spirit we wanted: light-hearted, effortless,
and unapologetically authentic.

This wasn’t just about flavour—it was about process, design, and creative energy. Local illustrator Abbey and graphic designer Fliss helped bring the story to life through artwork that now graces our bags and shelves. It’s a proper Yorkshire-made, Devour-infused coffee, and we’re proud to serve it daily—from your first flat white to the affogato that ends your meal.

Three Fiends – Award-Winning Yorkshire Beer

Founded by three friends with a passion for great beer, Three Fiends has gone from a home-brewing hobby to a multi-award-winning brewery. Based at Brookfield Farm, their brews are loved for their bold flavours and independent spirit.

Wolfe Bros Gin – Leeds-Made,
Small-Batch, Big on Character

We love a good story behind what we serve, and Wolfe Bros fits right in. Crafted in small batches over in Leeds, this independent distillery is all about bold botanicals, clean flavours, and doing things properly.

Their signature gin is smooth, refreshing, and seriously sippable—whether it’s served with a classic tonic, shaken into a seasonal cocktail, or poured neat over ice. It’s the kind of spirit that quietly steals the show.

What we love most? They care about quality over quantity. There’s no mass production here—just carefully considered recipes, locally sourced ingredients where possible, and a whole lot of passion in every bottle.

You’ll find Wolfe Bros Gin behind our bar and on our cocktail list—look out for it in our negronis, spritzes, and gin-forward serves. It's a little nod to local, done right.
