Ah, The P.S. I Love You Cocktail

A cocktail for the brave, the bold, and the romantically inclined

Bartender Making a P.S. I Love You, a creamy indulgent cocktail inspired by romantic evenings

No — this isn’t a cryptic message accidentally published to the internet. P.S. I Love You is our resident romantic cocktail, blushing bartenders and raising eyebrows alike.

Creamy, indulgent and unapologetically flirtatious, it’s a cocktail that leans fully into its name and made for date nights.

Sweet, nuanced flavours come together in a way that’s comforting yet just a little bit daring — much like declaring your love out loud in a room full of strangers.

Ordering it takes confidence.
Making it at home? Slightly less so — and we’re here to help.

So if announcing your affections to your nearest server feels like a step too far (for now), allow us to guide you through crafting this valentine’s day delight in the comfort of your own kitchen— perfect for a cosy night in, a romantic dinner, or an excuse to celebrate love on your own terms.

You’ll Need:

  • 20ml Havana Club Añejo 3-Year-Old White Cuban Rum

  • 20ml Amaretto Disaronno

  • 20ml Baileys

  • 15ml Kahlúa

  • 20ml double cream

(Yes, it’s indulgent. That’s the point.)

Method:

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice

  • Shake like you mean it

  • Double strain into a chilled coupe glass

The Finishing Touch

Garnish with a light dusting of cocoa powder.

Or, if you’re feeling extra (and we encourage it), crumble a Cadbury’s Flake over the top for maximum drama and minimal restraint.

One Last Thing…

It’s rich, velvety and designed to be savoured slowly — preferably in good company, with the lights low and the playlist just right.

Serve it as a dessert, a declaration, or a gentle reminder that sometimes the most romantic thing you can do… is order the cocktail with the ridiculous name and enjoy every sip.

P.S. You’re welcome.
