Our 12 inch Pizzas are crafted the authentic Italian way - starting with handmade dough, rested for 48 hours. We then top them with rich, sun-sweetened San Marzano tomatoes from the foothills of Mount Vesuvius and finish with creamy mozzarella, fresh basil, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, then wood-fired to perfection.
