Pasta Workshop: Filled pasta Edition

In this session, we’re diving into the art of filled pasta, a beloved tradition found in kitchens all across Italy. From north to south, nearly every region has its own version of pasta parcels—each one crafted to hold rich, flavourful fillings that celebrate local ingredients and heritage.

Chef Carl will guide you step-by-step through making a tender, pliable dough and teach you how to shape these beautiful little pouches by hand—no special tools required. We'll explore classic fillings inspired by the fresh flavours of spring, and finish with simple, elegant sauces that let those fillings shine.

Join us as we celebrate the timeless joy of filled pasta, one handcrafted pouch at a time.

    • An arrival glass of small wine or a schooner of craft beer 

    • Unveiling the secrets to achieving flawless pasta dough with the kneading and resting technique.

    • Cap off your pasta-making adventure with the perfect pasta supper shared among fellow pasta enthusiasts, expertly prepared by our Head Chef & Indulge in a delightful meal accompanied by a glass of wine.

    • Arrival at 3.45 pm 

    • Class duration 4-6pm

    • Classes require online purchase and advance payment.

    • Holders of our pasta class gift card can book via email at management@devour.co.uk.

    • Suitable for all skill levels, with a maximum of 8-12 Devourees per session.

    • Take home everything you create to savour with loved ones or indulge solo.

    • Remember, a DEVOUREE never leaves a plate unemptied!

    • This Dish will contain meat so please let us know if you are a vegetarian or vegan

  • At this event, guests may handle/be exposed to ingredients containing the following allergens: WHEAT, EGG, MILK, BARLEY, SULPHITES, CELERY

  • While our classes are non-refundable, you can opt to transfer to another class if you make the request at least 7 days before the course starts. The transfer will be valid for one month. To ensure an enriching experience, we require a minimum of 4 participants per class. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrolment or if the chef needs to postpone unexpectedly. Should this occur, we provide the flexibility to transfer to another course at your convenience. If this option is not suitable, a full refund will be issued, and you will receive notification 24 hours before the scheduled class.
