Join us as we dive into the art of filled pasta, a beloved tradition found in kitchens all across Italy. From north to south, nearly every region has its own version of pasta , each one crafted to hold rich, flavourful fillings that celebrate local ingredients and heritage.
Chef Carl will guide you step-by-step through making a tender, pliable dough, unveiling the secrets to achieving flawless pasta with the kneading and resting technique, and teach you how to shape these beautiful little pouches by hand — no special tools required. You'll also pick up some basic knife skills along the way.
We'll explore classic fillings inspired by the best seasonal ingredients of the moment, and you'll make your own accompanying sauce that lets those fillings shine.
Cap off your pasta-making adventure by sitting down together to enjoy the pasta you've made, cooked on-site and served with a glass of wine.

Booking note: Classes must be purchased online and paid in advance. Menu changes seasonally, so fillings and flavours will vary throughout the year.
Who it's for: No prior experience necessary — just an appetite for good pasta and a willingness to get hands-on.

While our classes are non-refundable, you can opt to transfer to another class if you make the request at least 7 days before the course starts. The transfer will be valid for one month.
To ensure an enriching experience, we require a minimum of 4 participants per class. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrolment or if the chef needs to postpone unexpectedly. Should this occur, we provide the flexibility to transfer to another course at your convenience. If this option is not suitable, a full refund will be issued, and you will receive notification 24 hours before the scheduled class
