Ever wondered what separates a good pizza from a great one? Join Devour's Executive Head Chef, Carl Frost, for a half-day deep dive into the art of proper Italian pizza. He'll take you through the basics (and not-so-basics) of creating your own dough, understanding the science behind what makes it perfect, mastering a simple, silky passata, and vigorously debating the endless combinations of fresh, seasonal toppings that make this humble street bite one of the most loved regional foods in the world.
You'll also get a hands-on demo on the basics of mozzarella making , learning how this classic fresh cheese is stretched and shaped before it lands on top of your pizza.
Enjoy your freshly baked pizza together with your fellow classmates on the day, with a drink to accompany it, and take home a batch of your own pizza dough to try again at home.

While our classes are non-refundable, you can opt to transfer to another class if you make the request at least 7 days before the course starts. The transfer will be valid for one month.
To ensure an enriching experience, we require a minimum of 4 participants per class. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrolment or if the chef needs to postpone unexpectedly. Should this occur, we provide the flexibility to transfer to another course at your convenience. If this option is not suitable, a full refund will be issued, and you will receive notification 24 hours before the scheduled class
