Christmas dinner is one of the most rewarding meals you'll ever cook, and perhaps the most daunting. This immersive full-day workshop is designed to take the stress out of the biggest feast of the year, replacing it with confidence, organisation and plenty of festive inspiration.
Together with Executive Chef Carl Frost, you'll prepare every essential element of a truly memorable Christmas table. From the show-stopping centrepiece to perfectly timed trimmings, rich gravy and all the details that make the meal feel special, you'll learn how to bring everything together so it reaches the table exactly as it should: hot, generous and beautifully cooked.
Suitable for beginners and the well-versed cook, this six-hour experience includes a welcome drink or speciality coffee, all ingredients, equipment and a detailed recipe booklet to keep. The day finishes with a proper festive feast shared around the table, leaving you ready to take on Christmas Day with confidence and perhaps even enjoy it a little more this year.

Booking note: Classes must be purchased online and paid in advance. Menu changes seasonally, so fillings and flavours will vary throughout the year.

While our classes are non-refundable, you can opt to transfer to another class if you make the request at least 7 days before the course starts. The transfer will be valid for one month.
To ensure an enriching experience, we require a minimum of 4 participants per class. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrolment or if the chef needs to postpone unexpectedly. Should this occur, we provide the flexibility to transfer to another course at your convenience. If this option is not suitable, a full refund will be issued, and you will receive notification 24 hours before the scheduled class
