Devour Welcomes BBC’s The Yorkshire Kitchen For A Quick Gnocchi Lesson

Have you heard the latest news? Liv Robinson, Founder of Holmfirth’s Devour at the Dyehouse, and Head Chef Carl Frost were joined by BBC Radio Leeds at the Dyehouse for an authentic Italian pasta-making experience.

The Yorkshire Kitchen, a new cooking show hosted by Kat Cowan, airs on Saturday mornings across BBC Radio Leeds, BBC Radio Sheffield, and BBC Radio York.

Kat is touring the county visiting restaurants and eateries, aiming to inspire, learn, and prepare new dishes from some of Yorkshire’s top chefs, bakers, and cooks.

Liv and Carl welcomed Kat for a fun morning e preparing some of Italy’s renowned pasta dishes, including Devour’s homemade gnocchi with guanciale and seafood ravioli.
