We're rather fond of keeping things simple when it comes to pizza.

Our dough is handmade and given a good 48-hour rest before being stretched, topped and fired. San Marzano tomatoes bring the rich, sweet base, followed by Italian cheeses, cured meats, seasonal vegetables and plenty of good olive oil.

The wood-fired oven does the rest, giving each pizza those beautifully blistered edges and lightly smoky finish.

There are classics, of course. Our Margherita keeps things beautifully simple with San Marzano tomato, fior di latte, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil and Maldon sea salt.

Then there are the slightly more indulgent choices.

Our Nduja Calabrese brings fiery Calabrian 'nduja together with fennel sausage, salami, smoked scamorza and fior di latte.

And, of course, our Parma E Padano is topped with Prosciutto Crudo, Grana Padano, rocket and truffle oil.
